CES

1. Eligibility- Participants must provide valid contact information.

2. Promotion Period- The promotion starts on Dec 15th and ends on Dec 29th.- Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. How to Enter- Complete the lead form on our website with your name, email, and company details.- Limit one entry per person.- Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification.

4. Prize Details- Winners will receive CES tickets for the year 2024.- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.- Any additional expenses related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Winner Selection and Notification- Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.- Winners will be notified via email within 3 days after the drawing.- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

6. General Conditions- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.- Birdfy reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.- Birdfy is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. Liability- Birdfy will not be liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or any other claims arising from the promotion or prize.

8. Privacy- Participants' information will be used per the company's privacy policy.- By participating, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

9. Agreement- Participation in the promotion constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
