Any user or researcher can report a security vulnerability related to Birdfy products (devices, firmware, mobile apps, or cloud services) by emailing support@birdfy.com.
Reports may be submitted anonymously. If you provide contact information, we will acknowledge receipt within 7 business days.
To help us investigate, please include (where possible):
· Product name and model
· Description of the vulnerability and affected component
· Potential impact
· Steps to reproduce (if available)
Birdfy will review your report and make reasonable efforts to keep you informed about remediation progress.

We provide regular security updates, patches, and vulnerability support throughout each product’s lifecycle.
