1️⃣ About This Program
This program is designed for bird enthusiasts interested in testing Birdfy products and sharing their firsthand insights. Submitting an application allows the Birdfy team to better understand each applicant and match them with the most suitable product; however, submission does not guarantee selection. Birdfy reserves the right to adjust program details, schedules, or the number of participants as needed.

2️⃣ Application Period
Application period: January 20 to February 5.
Only applications submitted within this timeframe will be reviewed.
Selected participants will receive a follow-up email from Birdfy containing further instructions and details.

3️⃣ Completing Questionnaires
As part of this program, participants will receive two questionnaires at different stages.
We kindly ask participants to complete both questionnaires, as this helps us better understand our customers and how the product performs, enabling us to continuously improve our products and services.

4️⃣ Use of Photos, Videos, and Other Content
By sharing photos, videos, or written content, participants grant Birdfy permission to feature these materials on official platforms and communication channels. Birdfy values these creative contributions and will provide appropriate acknowledgment where applicable to inspire the wider community.

5️⃣ Rewards & Recognition
We will take a comprehensive approach in our evaluation, considering not only close collaboration throughout the program and thoughtful sharing, but also other relevant factors, and recognizing those who demonstrate outstanding contributions. For each round of the program, three participants will be honored with the Best CXO Award.
While not all participants will receive additional prizes, all participants are permitted to keep the Birdfy product they tested.
The final selection and arrangements will be made by the Birdfy team, and Birdfy reserves the right of final interpretation regarding the selection mechanism and results.
