This notice is specifically for Birdfy Feeder 2 Duo users. If you use other feeder models, you may disregard this email.

We sincerely apologize for a packaging oversight with your purchase, which may mean the Y-Branch Connector is missing. We regret any inconvenience and are making it a top priority to resolve this for you. Measures have also been implemented to prevent this issue from recurring.

To resolve this matter, we will be shipping the Y-Branch Connectors to all Birdfy Feeder 2 Duo users who did not receive one. Before proceeding, we kindly ask you to check your package to confirm whether the Y-connector is missing. If it is not present, please send an email to support@birdfy.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Contact Phone Number

Once we receive your information, we will process your request and ship the connector to you within 3 business days. For your reference, a photo of the connector is attached to this page.
