Here is our latest service progress and key instructions for you:

  • Current Recovery Status: Services are now being restored batch by batch. You can go into your Birdfy APP to check. We estimate full comprehensive service recovery within the next 12 hours.
  • What You should do: If your camera shows online status, simply wait patiently, the system will sync automatically as services recover; If your camera is offline or disconnected, power on or restart the device first. Kindly check the battery level, as devices have drained power faster these days due to continuous reconnection attempts.
  • Operation Tip for Adding Cameras: If you need to add a camera, please fully close and restart your Birdfy App before re-adding your devices. Due to network cache and temporary sync delays, you may need to attempt the operation several times if it fails on the first try.
  • Universal Compensation Package (Valid until July 31,):

Once all services are fully back to normal, all eligible users can claim our pre-prepared compensation benefits without extra application. One set of compensation per user only:
