Yes. In the Birdfy app, you can share your feeder with an unlimited number of accounts. Simply follow the app's instructions: My Devices > Settings > How to Share. Shared guests will have access to the live feed and recorded clips. But they will not be able to alter any settings or delete your videos.
Absolutely! The Birdfy Feeder comes with unlimited cloud storage, with a 30-day retention period. Videos recorded over 30 days ago will be deleted. So be sure to download your favorites or save them permanently to your collection.
No. While the camera has a MicroSD card slot, it is intended solely for manufacturer testing during production. Birdfy Feeder does NOT support MicroSD card storage or playback.

I received my Birdfy feeder as a birthday gift and absolutely love it! I mostly get Cardinals, Tufted Titmouse and House Finches and few other varieties earlier in the year. But it’s so much fun to watch the birds and my indoor cats love watching the activity from inside the house. Birdfy’s customer service is top notch and very helpful and they actually follow up. Can’t say enough about Birdfy but definitely recommend their products
I love watching the birds and this feeder is great!!! I can see them up close on my phone. Sadly, the squirrels have severely damaged it and eaten a lot of my pricey bird seed. Do you make a sturdier feeder that I could mount on a pole with a squirrel baffle?

Love Love Love this camera so much so that I just purchased a third! Not only is the camera fantastic with super clear crisp images real time but their customer service/support is bar none the best! When my original camera stopped working after 2 years I reached out to Birdify! Wow, amazing help all around so I am adding an additional camera. They are weather resistant even in snow we can watch the birds and wildlife. This camera is a great price and when placed at a reasonable height, so easy to refill from the back! Again, the customer service team has been nothing short of excellent and helpful. Would 1000% recommend getting any version of this camera!❤️ 🐦

Great product and great customer service! We get many kinds of birds at the feeder every day and the camera works great to capture them. We've even got some lovely pix of squirrel butts. When the unit developed an electronics issue a while back, the company helped us troubleshoot the problem and ultimately replaced the feeder for us. Very happy with all aspects of our experience with our Birdfy feeder.
I love this camera!!!! You can see birds close distance and it also has pick up several birds on my other feeders including the hummingbird at the feeder in the picture. It's quick to record and capture every moment!
I’ve had the feeder for almost 2 years now and have completely enjoyed it. I usually use it for hummingbirds because they are my very favorite bird! It catches great photos and videos. Easy to charge easy to clean. I I’m even able to use the videos to make TikTok‘s or share on Instagram as they are really good quality.
A good friend gifted this birdfeeder to me and I have received hours of enjoyment from it. I installed it on a tree so it is very sturdy. The squirrels visit often and even a raccoon, but it has not been harmed at all. This year, the cardinals have pretty much taken over, but I don't mind a bit as they are so colorful and active.
This is a stellar company. They are prompt at returning our email. (We love this feeder). Something went wrong with the charge connection and they are promptly sending a us a new one.
This feeder was a gift from my mom. I absolutely love it. Love getting to see all the different birds that come to my backyard and all their different personalities. My kids also really enjoy seeing them and have become a bit protective over it. If they spot a squirrel they want to run it off so they don’t take the seed. Hope to add one of the bird houses to my yard in the future.
really like this feeder—it’s a true workhorse. The camera quality is excellent, and the app is intuitive and easy to use. Overall performance has been very reliable. I do have a couple of minor complaints. The attached antenna occasionally falls out of position, which causes reception issues until I go outside and straighten it. Additionally, the camera cannot be removed from the housing, which is frustrating and makes cleaning more difficult than it should be. One of the feeder’s strengths is how customizable it is. The available add-on pieces make it easy to personalize the setup to meet your specific needs. I’ve reconfigured it multiple times to deter certain birds while attracting others, and that flexibility has been a big plus. If the camera were removable, this would be a near-perfect feeder. I think this is an excellent entry-level feeder for anyone new to Birdfy. The AI identification feature is especially helpful for beginners, and the ability to save photos and videos in the app for future viewing is a great bonus. The camera and solar panel work very well together and require minimal intervention—even during very cold weather.
This was a Christmas gift for my teenage daughter. She loves watching birds. We've had so much fun seeing who comes to visit the feeder. It was easy to set up. Customer service was amazing (the original feeder was damaged in transit and sent back them via the shipping company, they quickly replaced it and have checked in to make sure that not only did it arrive safely but that we're enjoying it). We also got the nesting box. We haven't set that up yet but are excited to watch some babies hopefully this spring/summer.
I got my first Birdfy Feeder as a birthday gift from my son last year. I just love the moments captured by the camera. The videos and photos are so clear, you can see the details of the birds visiting. I am always excited to see what feathered friends have visited my feeder. The bird feeder takes beautiful photos and videos. It’s very good at catching everything that goes by. It was easy to set up and is pretty easy to clean. The Ai is correct at identifying birds most of the time. It’s delightful to see the photos pop up on my phone all day.
Easy setup. Bluebirds on camera only 2 hours after installing in our yard. Hung up 8 new bluebird houses and added seed and meal worms to the feeder. Also hung a peeper sure. They love the pepper suet more for some reason.
Only took 5 hours from install for 1st bird at feeder. Yea!

Everyone knows the Birdfy camera feeder is wonderfully entertaining. Not everyone knows how responsive and dedicated to quality the Birdfy company is. I had a problem with a feeder that was given to me as a gift. I supplied Birdfy's customer service with a description and photos, and - poof - a new feeder arrived in no time.
