The difference is that Birdfy Bath Pro with Stand features an additional pole and stand, allowing it to be elevated and easily placed directly on the ground.
A fountain in your birdbath helps attract more birds, keeps the water fresh by circulating it, and adds beauty to your garden. The fountain in the Birdfy Bath Pro is solar-powered, so there’s no need for electrical connections, making it easy and convenient for outdoor use.
Technically, the Birdfy Bath Pro camera can operate within a temperature range of 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C). However, the bath itself should be used in temperatures above 32°F (0°C) to prevent water from freezing. The camera is IP66 waterproof, making it capable of withstanding rain.
Once your camera is connected to the Birdfy app, you can watch the bird buffet right from your phone! The Birdfy app is free to download and offers live streaming, auto-recorded clips, instant alerts, and even monthly visitor recaps - all for free!

At this time, the Birdfy Bath Pro is designed to be used with its stand only - we don't currently offer wall or deck mounting alternatives. We appreciate your interest in different installation options and will share this feedback with our product development team for future consideration.
The Birdfy Bath Pro features a hydrophobic shell that protects the upper lens from water splashing. This special coating helps prevent water droplets from accumulating and keeps your view clear. While this significantly reduces water-related issues, we recommend occasional lens cleaning to ensure the best image quality. We're constantly working on improving our design to enhance your birdwatching experience.
The Birdfy Bath Pro camera is designed to be weather-resistant, operating in temperatures from 14°F to 122°F (-10°C to 50°C) and featuring an IP66 waterproof rating to withstand rain. But to prevent the water from freezing, we recommend using the bath in temperatures above 32°F (0°C). We are also developing accessories, like a de-icer, to enhance your birdwatching experience in all seasons.
Ensure your device is fully charged before starting the pairing process. Download the latest version of the Birdfy app from the App Store or Google Play. After downloading, create an account, select 'Add Device' on the home page, choose Birdfy Bath Pro, and follow the in-app instructions to pair your device.

It connects via Wi-Fi, specifically on the 2.4GHz frequency. Why 2.4GHz? Compared to 5GHz, it offers a wider range and stronger signal through walls, making it ideal for outdoor use. This frequency is a common standard for most security cameras and smart devices, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.
There is no card slot and microSD card is not supported.
I love this birdbath! It fits in great with my backyard. The solar fountain is easy to twist off for draining and cleaning, and my birds seem to love it, especially during this Texas heatwave! I have caught wonderful moments of many different types of birds, including birds that I would never catch on my Birdfy cameras as they don't visit feeders - but all birds need water! It's a great addition to my backyard bird habitat.
I absolutely love my new Birdfy bird bath with the solar-powered fountain and camera. Everything about it feels thoughtfully designed and easy to use. Both the fountain and the camera run on solar power, which is a huge plus—no hassle, after initially charging the camera, just set it up and enjoy.
Assembly was incredibly simple. Once I took everything out of the box, it was fully put together in about five minutes. It’s also very sturdy, with a wide base that keeps it stable and level, even on my patio.
One of my favorite features is the variety of fountain attachments. You can switch between different spray styles depending on what you like. Some are gentle and low, while others create a higher spray that really attracts birds. It’s been fun experimenting to see which ones bring in the most visitors.
The color is another standout. I chose the blue, and when the sunlight hits the water, it creates a beautiful, vibrant reflection that really enhances the look of the whole piece.
This bird bath fits perfectly with my other Birdfy products. I already have two of their solar feeders, and they’ve been wonderful as well. Everything works together to create a lively, inviting space for birds.
Overall, I highly recommend this Birdfy bird bath and fountain. It’s attractive, easy to set up, well-made, and truly adds something special to the yard. I couldn’t be happier with it.
I received the birdbath as a gift for my 60th birthday a little over a year ago. A couple months ago the fountain stopped working and I contacted the company. The customer service was wonderful and they said no problem and sent me a new one and it’s working just fine. I’m very happy with the quality of the video the ease of care and charging. And definitely the customer service has been completely amazing.
The camera is exceptionally high quality. The wide angle is great! The app is easy to use. Still getting false alarms but great customer service when I emailed them to reduce this.
I’m taking off stars for the bird bath itself. My feathered friends do not like the design of it at all. It’s too shiny/plastic-y and unnatural, and there’s nowhere for them to perch and land (the edge is smooth and wide). Birds don’t generally land straight into bird baths for personal safety reasons, and this design does not account for that. I added pebbles, a perching stick, and large rocks with some success (see video)- you can see my tufted tit landing on rock, then stick, then pebbles before cautiously jumping in the bath. Overall they strongly prefer my old concrete one with tapered edges for safe landing and grip.
If I could go back, I would have purchased BirdFy’s standalone camera and used it with my old concrete bath. The camera is only $70 so this is a far more economical option anyway. Having so much fun though, I am still debating buying an additional camera for my old bath!! Thanks BirdFy
Works great in direct sunlight! As you can see in the video, it runs only when in direct sunlight, the video and notifications still work regardless of flowing water. This bird bath sits beneath a giant bamboo tree that is shedding its leaves all over the lawn and into the bird bath, requiring frequent cleaning. The birds couldn’t care less 🤣 Painted Buntings were fighting over it!
This Birdfy Bird Bath is everything you could ever need/want! I love seeing all the birds and other backyard animals and visiting six as cats, raccoons, and squirrels! Super easy to set up, simply pit together the filter, twist it in, add the top to the base, and attach the peg post to keep it secure. Has never fell over even in high winds and I don't have it staked down. The camera catches and ID's all visitors, offers night vision, and two different viewing options. Simple to clean out with some dish soap and a scrubber from the dollar store. Can even add a copper plate to keep the algae away. I've had it for a year now and it's never broken, cracked, or chipped. App is easy and fun to use, works beyond my expectations! Sun has to be out for the pump to work, also includes different fountain attachments, even one for the humming birds!
The definition on this thing is spetacular! The ability to pick up on the slightest movement is awesome -- I keep having to adjust sensitivity down (lol) because of that but I'm not complaining. I LOVE it!!
My critters are just now finding it and traffic is picking up. I have had it out for about a week. I have the bird feeder, hummingbird feeder and now the birdbath.
Great addition to the bird feeding area! Easy to setup and clean. Birds used it all summer and got some great pics and vids. It was getting a little quiet as the Fall started, so I took out the rock and secured a branch across the front. The next morning I got this video....
I purchased the Birdfy Bird Bath for my wife’s birthday. It arrived the day before her birthday and I assembled it that night and set it up for her on her birthday. She absolutely loves it and our friends enjoy watching video posts and pictures on our Facebook page that were taken on our Birdfy Hummingbird dual camera feeder and the bird bath. I highly recommend them for anyone that enjoys watching hummingbirds and many other birds.

This is a super nice smart bird bath. I have been wanting something like this for a while because it's very easy to set up a bird bath and all types of birds will come. This one appealed to me above other ones because of it's quality! I think it's very well made and much nicer than some of the other products like this on the market. Super heavy duty very well made. As soon as you get it out of the box you can tell that it's made out of heavy duty materials and it's not super cheap or easily breakable. Definitely functions perfectly as intended and set up was an absolute breeze. Just be sure you follow all the instructions.
I love the concept of this bird bath but it needs some tweaking. It was easy to set up, granted I have other Birdfy devices, so I was familiar with the process. I also like the look, and it’s easy to rinse and keep it full. The large base is stable and the camera is one of the best I have seen.

Video quality is surprisingly good.
Solar power is more than enough for the motion-activated camera.
No subscriptions required for basic use (including bird identification!). This is how things should work. If you want additional storage, you can always upgrade.
Notification filters work well. I have it set to only notify me of birds or squirrels, not just random motion.

Fairly easy to assemble, (not sure why there's a cable from the base to the top. I think it would have been easier for it all to just click together.
Fountain works great in direct sunlight and overall construction is good.
Plenty of nozzle options for the fountain.

Bird identification has been 90% accurate. It did identify a bird that we don't have, because there was a bright-colored trash can in the background that it somehow identified as a Cardinal.
This bird bath is absolutely amazing!
The camera is super clear, and it even has solar panels to charge the water fountain and the camera.
You can even watch it live anytime of the day!

This is a great concept but very disappointing. As usual the camera does a wonderful job of capturing and adjusting but the fountain only works when in direct sun. A passing large cloud is enough to stop the fountain from flowing. The fountain then triggers the camera every time it turns back on leaving me with mostly videos of a sputtering fountain starting up. The pedestal is very nice and sturdy. I absolutely love my Birdfy feeder but should have skipped this item.
