Excellent pole! Ive had mine up for a couple of years- no rust, no squirrels, no raccoons! Just lots of birds. The squirrels, rabbits and raccons all come and eat what the birds throw out of the feeders. My neighbor has a wimpier pole and the raccoons and squirrels get into her bird feed frequently. I sprung for this pricey pole bc I only wanted to buy a good one that worked. I positioned it right outside my office window, so I see and hear the birds all day! Make sure its at least 6 feet away from anything else so no squirrels can jump off of onto it. Completely worth it!
This is by far the best feeder pole around. It is very strong and durable and holds multiple feeders on arms that can be swung around and moved to any vantage point. The squirrel baffle on it is top notch and solves the problem from day 1. I highly recommend buying this birdfy pole to use for the feeders, cameras, suet blocks or even a hanging plant.
I like the pole purchased one for mevand one for a family member. My pole was broken when a bear cub climbed up it. I was very disappointed that i could not replace the broken auger pole. I think the pole is t h e best made, but cannot afford to replace the whole pole for the broken auger pole section. I would hope it spare parts could be purchased. You customer service said it was not possible to get the part. So my feeder sits unused at the bottom of my steps. I am thinking of purchasing a cheaper pole and re placing it as needed as I can buy 3 or 4 cheaper poles for the price on one birdfy pole.
Just wow! Got the new Birdfy pole setup, and it's amazing 😍 Very sturdy with a corkscrew for the ground! And I love that you can adjust the six hooks for feeder size!
If anyone is on the fence between this one and the wild birds unlimited, get this one! I have both and compared them for my personal use. Birdfy is 100% more sturdy and already comes with the hooks for the feeders and a slinky squirrel baffle! I had to buy all the attachments individually for the birds unlimited pole. Love this netvue! I think it’s my fave product yet!
I am really happy with this purchase. The pole is very sturdy and strong and was easy to assemble. We were even able to put ours up in the winter and the spike went right into the ground. We have daily visitors and the extra camera that came with the Pro pole has given us more opportunities to see our feathered friends. The hooks are very sturdy and strong and hold a lot of weight. We mounted our feeder at the very top (right under the Birdfy logo) and kept our hanging items up as high as possible to minimize squirrel activity. Overall the pole functions perfectly for our needs and allows us to see more of the birds in our area, so we are very pleased!
I love this pole! It is completely adjustable. The hangers can be pulled in or out. And the stems can be turned 360 degrees to accommodate extra hanging feeders. The squirrels can not get to the feeders. lol. I was refilling my feeder every day! I’ve watched squirrels try to climb, to no avail, lol. Thanks to the baffle that comes with the pole.
I have a love/dislike feeling about the pole station.1st it’s everything you could want as far as a pole to hang feeders on….Except, when you install to specs it seems a little short! The construction seems really solid!but a major downside is you can’t purchase any parts, accessories or any add on for this set up.. now understand I’m speaking for me. I’m hoping soon Birdfy/Netvue will add the replacement/Add on parts for purchase… and onelast note..if you do have any issues with your Birdfy/Netvue products you may have to wait for the replacement….they are a China based company and it takes awhile to be shipped !!!
This is so well designed. I love the flexibility offered by the arms and hooks. It allows so many opportunities to be creative and personalize your feeding station. I have several others, and this one has impressed me with how sturdy it is, this is definitely made to last.
Set up only took a few minutes. Birdfy provides everything you need, even down to the solid metal spike to drive the auger into the ground. No running to the garage to find a tool. Simply open the box, follow the simple instructions, and set it up.
The squirrel guard is very effective, and is included. This is always an extra item you need to purchase with other bird feeding stations. Honestly, Birdfy got this one right!
The thumb screw adjustments are simple and intuitive. I strongly recommend this feeder "bird resort condominium " for any serious back yard bird enthusiasts! Great idea for the holidays, but I suspect they will sell out quickly.
I can't get over the quality of this feeder station! It is so heavy duty and well thought out. Everything is adjustable - you can change the orientation of the mounting bars and the hangers. It holds so many feeders - I get to buy more to fill it! And the squirrel baffle is working! I have not had a squirrel make it to the feeders yet. Yes, it appears pricey, but when you compare the quality of what you are getting with the other, cheaper, feeders out there - it is so worth it!!
It blew down and bent after four days. I bought the stand as well and when you use rhe stand you lose anout two ft in height because the spiral part doesn’t detach from the pole so you lose that entire pole
Very sturdy pole and easy to assemble. However, the delivery was slow (paid extra for expedited delivery and that did not happen) and the box was broken, almost ripped open. Very poor packaging!
Haven’t figured out where to put it yet. Using the 5-7-9 rule is a challenge in my yard. Unless I set it out in the middle with no shade. That won’t work if I want to add hummingbird feeder to the pole. But it sure is heavy. So I’m hoping it will end up being as sturdy as it appears.
Overall, we like your birdfeeder, but with one important problem. Your test squirrels must have been anemic, because our squirrels have no problem jumping up over the baffle. I would like to order an extension to put our feeder up about 18 inches higher.
