I love this feeder! I just set it up (very easy to do, lots of different mounting options), and the birds started showing up immediately. The WiFi reception is great, even though the tree is in the far end of the backyard. The images and videos are very clear. I’m happy with my purchase. :)

I had to contact customer service Sat Morning at around 0815 CST because my camera had stopped recording moments for at least a full 12 hours. The customer service live chat was used. It was not that long of a wait to get a real person. They walked me through a few things and were very patient as i navigated my phone app and the website to get information about my account, what device i had and then to troubleshoot certain things and to provide some screen shots. all in all in did take about 30 min to get through troubleshooting but at the end, my camera is working again That was a very very positive customer service experience!! I bought my camera from an amazon return store but it was brand new and never opened but i am also now considering getting another i love it so much

It's fun to see the close-up videos/images of birds. The camera is high-quality. I needed to turn down the sensitivity so I don't videos triggered by wind. Setup: Instructions say charge up the camera first thing, but as soon as I plugged it in to charge it, it began audibly and loudly calling to be connected. So I had to download the app right away... It's April in Minnesota, and the battery is OK, but the solar panel has not worked yet, as far as I can tell. We've had temps above and below 32F. I made a stand with PVC pipes because I don't want squirrels devouring all the food and messing up the feeder. That means it's not as easy as could be to bring in and recharge. But the squirrels haven't gotten to the feeder, so that's good.

I was never a fan of birds. I had a hummingbird feeder that was all. My son gave me for Mother’s Day this Birdfy and wow it was amazing! Now I can’t wait to see who visits my bird feeder. Although it took me a while to secure the feeder to a tree branch, the rest of the set up was easy. I have 4 other bird feeders out here in the desert north of Tucson, but without binoculars, it's hard to identify them. This gadget not only captures birds I never new existed, it names them. The app interface is not intuitive, but it hasn't taken me long to figure it out. When the sun is in the right place, the pictures and sounds are amazing. The solar panel keeps the camera fully charged, so the only thing I have to do is add bird feed. I've been sending copies of the pictures to friends and they're all interested in getting one. I'm tempted to get the Hummingbird feeder as well. So far, a truly great product.

Absolutely love this feeder!! I am learning so much about birds and their day to day life as well as interactions between the different species of birds. The picture when viewing in HD is phenomenal and when viewing on “Auto” and SD it’s exceptional when comparing it to my security cameras. The extended perch with the extra attachments is well worth it too. The solar panel keeps my feeder at 100% battery at all times! I can’t wait to add more Birdfy feeders to my arsenal!
